A dear friend shared an amazing testimony with us. Her mother had a heart problem which needed surgery. But she could not have the operation as she had other complications that included being underweight and then there was water retention in her lungs which meant among other things, caused her to be short of breath. She was admitted to the hospital for treatment and late one night, she couldn’t sleep so she took out her hymnbook and started to sing.
While singing, she noticed that a group of men in white clothes had surrounded her bed and they joined in her singing. She didn’t find this odd but continued to sing with them. Then after a time, one of the men announced, “Our work here is done.” And all of them left. Right at that moment, she saw glitter burst and fall in front of her eyes so she never really saw how the men left. But she felt so much better and she could fall asleep after that.
The next morning, the doctor checked on her and told her she was improving and could probably go home in two or three days’ time. He later returned to tell her the good news that she could go home that very day. Since then, she’s regained her strength, she’s stop being breathless and her appetite has returned. She’s able to walk to the market and eat her favourite foods.
What a miracle. Praise the Lord!
